The Shanty Spirit distillery, based a stone’s throw from Poole Quay produce a Barrel Aged Seaweed Spiced Rum and a multi gold award winning Seaweed Botanical Vodka. Five hand foraged British seaweeds alongside Dorset wasabi, galangal, yuzu, bergamot & sea buckthorn vacuum distilled in an organic spirit.

Named after the palace within Corfe Castle, Gloriette began with a vision to create a gin that, whilst based on classic gin flavours, brings a level of depth, complexity and in-mouth enjoyment rarely seen in this category.  We take a curiously moreish blend of 45 botanicals to make our local artisan specialty gin.

Dough Folk creates baked goods with the very best organic ingredients & no artificial additives or refined sugars, specialising in cookies with a wide range of flavours and toppings, as well as lamingtons, madeleines, hand crafted marshmallows & various other treats inspired by our french & Brazilian heritage.

Dorset Wildlife Trust is one of 46 Wildlife Trusts working across the UK. I have done glass fusion for about 3 yrs, taking the plunge to sell my art last year. There are different versions of Fusion, to include decal work, and using the laser to help with patterns, all the glass is hand cut, and designed.

The Art can take up to several days to make depending on whether its one sheet, or two, whether it is straight or bent, each time taking up to 12hrs in the kiln.

I did a course couple years ago to learn stained glass and enjoy this too, this is where you draw a pattern/picture cut it  out and then cut the glass and using foil solder it altogether.

We will be selling fresh shellfish. Prawns, cockles, whelks, mussels and crayfish. As well as cooked crispy squid and tempura prawns.

Who are RLSS Poole Lifeguard Club We are a volunteer-led lifesaving club affiliated with the Royal Life Saving Society UK. We provide training in lifeguarding, water safety, rescue skills, first aid, and competitive lifesaving sport. Our aim is to develop confident, skilled individuals who promote safety in and around water within the community

Katie’s Savoury Treats brings a delicious selection of homemade bites to Foodie Fest, all freshly prepared by Katie herself. Her stall features favourites such as sausage rolls, cheese and onion scones, and charcuterie cups, alongside flavourful additions like chilli jam and caramelised onion chutney. Everything is made in her own kitchen with care and attention, offering fresh, satisfying options perfect for a quick savoury snack. Visitors can also pick up cold drinks to enjoy alongside their food while exploring the festival.

Sophie is a local Poole based Silversmith, focusing on sea inspired jewellery. Designing and making by the beach. She is a registered jeweller with the London Assay office. Poole Sea Cadets is a local youth organisation helping young people build confidence, teamwork, leadership and practical life skills through nautical training and adventure activities. We provide a safe, supportive environment where cadets learn, make friends and challenge themselves. We’re fundraising to support more opportunities and equipment.

Brownsea Island is a beautiful island in Poole Harbour, cared for by the National Trust. Rich in history and renowned for its incredible wildlife, the island is surrounded by the stunning waters of the harbour. We are delighted to attend this event to share the story of Brownsea and raise awareness of this remarkable blue space and its importance for nature, conservation, and people.

Julie lives in Poole, Dorset, with her husband and has two grown children and four grandchildren. After years of dressmaking, she discovered sock monkey crafting in 2009. Inspired by her grandchildren, she developed her own unique “Sockies,” now successfully selling them online and at local craft fairs around Poole

Forest Holme Hospice Charity was set-up to ensure that everyone in the local community affected by a life-limiting illness or bereavement gets the care and support they need.

NHS funding is limited, which is why it needs to raise £1 million annually to deliver the highest level of care, when and where it counts.

PS catering are looking forward to attending the festival this year , and are now established caterers at many events offering hog roasts, seafood  and gourmet burgers , at this event we will be doing seafood , whitebait, calamari, wholetail scampi individually or as a platter with fried potatoes and various sauces.

All the work (including Prints) are from Clive’s Original Drawings & Paintings using either Pen  & Ink or a combination of both Pen & Ink & Watercolour. Clive takes Commissions of various subjects including Pets, Vintage & Classic Transport and Buildings

All wood is local from Dorset, Somerset or Wiltshire with a few pieces made from reclaimed wood.  I make everything in my workshop in North Dorset.
