This years Seafood & Sound parade is set to be the best yet and is kindly sponsored by Oriels on Poole Quay.
The Seafood & Sounds festival will be launched with a colourful parade at 11am on Saturday 13th September departing from the Slug & Lettuce (Poole’s Old Town).
Led by the fun and fab children’s entertainer Jamie Jigsaw
Followed by…local community groups, carnival band Samba Panashe, volunteers from Forest Holmes, volunteers & children from the RNLI, children and parents from St James’ Church, the brilliant Pirates of Poole plus Be Enchanted
It is going to be spectacular.
Everyone is encouraged to join in with the seafood theme of fancy-dress fun and/or make fishes on sticks & Masks
There will be prizes for the best outfits (under 7s, over 7s plus adults) along with the best decorated fish on a stick and the best seafood mask.
