Route 66 (duo)

Matt and Amie will be performing a fun set of popular covers with a Country twist.
The duo is part of the band Route 66 who are busy performing across the UK in
their upbeat party style with a brilliant following.

State of Undress (trio)

Get ready for toe tapping fun. The rocky rootsy fiddlesome band from Dorset, will
be playing their own original music, some traditional songs in their own style and a
few covers…just ‘cos they love ‘em.

Nory-J

Straight from his summer tour, Nory-J will be performing acoustic indie/dream pop.
Often supported and a favourite of BBC Music Introducing, BBC Radio 1
presenters such as Elliot Darby and Seb Bailey claim Nory-J is “one to watch out
for”.

Simon Lane

It is Simon’s debut appearance at Seafood & Sounds and let’s give him a warm
welcome. Simon is a popular act and often seen gigging on the local scene. Get
ready for fantastic music from acoustic Rock and Roll to Pop and Soul.

David Mein

David is a talented musician and music teacher based in Bournemouth. Playing
acoustic classics from the 50s up to the present day. David is part of a musical
family and also gigs in the covers band Sunstroke.

Emma Hardy

Talent with a capital ’T’ for Emma. If she is not the leading lady in a theatrical
production she is busy gigging the music scene. Emma will be performing summer
fun Pop music. Get ready to singalong and celebrate the festival.

Archie Ray

A debut performance that will wow the crowds. Archie is often heard over the radio
on BBC Music Introducing and working very hard with his band. We are delighted
that Archie will be performing at Seafood & Sounds with his acoustic solo act of
Mixed-Pop.

Resonate

Full of colour and beautiful harmonies, we welcome the Resonate choir led by the
talented Music Director Jayne Lewis. Enjoy an array of singalong favourites for fun
and a great afternoon.

Millie Watson

Straight from the global festival circuit, Millie will be filling the streets of Poole with
music. Following on from winning an OMA last year, performing at Glastonbury and
spending time in the recording studio, we can expect an upbeat bohemian style of
Pop and Folk.

Steve Faulkner

The perfect fit for our new festival, Steve will be performing in various locations
throughout the weekend. As a solo violinist, Steve is briefly stepping aside from his
busy band work with the Murphy’s Lore Trio and Route 66 plus other music projects
to perform at Seafood & Sounds. A special welcome back to the incredibly talented
Steve Faulkner

Roxanne Phillips

Inspired by traditional Folk music, Roxanne will be performing a selection of her
own material with a sea shanty twist. Influenced to write music by the world around
her, Roxanne won an award last year for her contribution to society and motivation
to succeed in music. Enjoy her stories and tales through melodies.

Helena Mace

Helena is a Pop and Country singer/songwriter. She was voted Global Artist of the
Year and Song of The Year and had 7 nominations from UK Country Radio
including Best Female Vocalist, Best Artist and Album of The Year where she was a
finalist. Her latest album, Unbroken recently hit number one in the iTunes chart.

Kez Hinton

Based in the New Forest, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kez Hinton will be performing at the festival bringing his love of folk to the forefront. He is also co-creator of The Acoustic Connection, a busy platform helping musicians progress on the music scene.

Gary Roberts

Gary has been performing around the world for many years. His solo performance
will include singalong favourites from the 60s to up today’s music. Gary is lead
vocals for the recording band Spinout UK.

Plain Craic-ers

New to Seafood & Sounds is the fun Irish Folk band Plain Craic-ers. Let’s welcome
Craig as lead guitar and singer, Roy on violin and Sam on percussion. Time to tap
out a jig.
